Support and Contact Information
We strive to make our platform user-friendly, but we know questions can come up. Here’s how you can get help when you need it:
-
Browse the Help Center: This site (the 10XDirectories Help Center) contains articles and FAQs covering most aspects of using our directories. Feel free to explore other topics in the menu – chances are, the answer is already documented. We keep the help content updated with new features and common questions.
-
**Contact Support: **If you don’t find what you’re looking for in the help articles or you encounter a specific issue with your account, you can reach our support team directly. The easiest way is to click the “Contact Us” or “Support” link (often found at the top or bottom of the Help Center or your local directory site). This may open a contact form where you can send us a message. Describe your question or problem in detail and include your name, business name, and the community site you’re using (e.g., Springfield Directory) so we can assist you faster.
-
Email: Some communities also provide a support email address. If available, you can send an email to the provided address (for example, support@[yourcommunity].com). We respond to inquiries as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 business days (often sooner).
-
Local Community Contacts: In a few areas, there might be a local community manager or ambassador you can reach out to for on-the-ground help (for example, if your directory is co-run by a local chamber of commerce or group). If your site lists a local contact person, they are a great resource for community-specific questions or networking opportunities. Otherwise, our central support is always here for you.
-
Feedback and Suggestions: We welcome your ideas! Many of the improvements in 10XDirectories directories come from member feedback. If you have suggestions for new features or notice something that could be better, let us know. Use the contact form or email to share feedback. We can’t promise every idea will be implemented overnight, but we do take them seriously as we plan updates.
Remember, no question is too small. If you’re unsure how to do something – whether it’s editing your profile, using a feature, or understanding a bill – please ask. We’re here to help you get the most out of your membership. Your success in connecting with the community is our success as well!
